On the day of the trip, our flight time was quite odd to start at 6am, but Sydney airport opens only at 2.30pm. Even the arrivals requirements of be in airport four hrs early at 2am could be met. Driver was supposed to arrive at 2am. Thanks to him he can at 1.45am and we were out of house with packed luggages at 1.55am. The driver was very helpful in sorting out the luggage properly in the boot. Same was his greetings and an question or two in between the rides.

Overall the experience was good. You will certainly benefit if you are upfront with all the information requested for.
